Gaining Access:
To gain access to the Members' Area, you will need to enter the e-mail address and the password you selected when you created your online account. If you have yet to create an online account, see the instructions below.

Creating an Online Account:
To create an online account, you will need to click the "Create New Account" link at right and enter the online account number that was provided to you in a previous e-mail from ALACHA. Then enter your e-mail address and a password (twice). Your e-mail address and password will be used to recognize you as an ALACHA member and grant entry into the Members' Area.

Forgot Your Password?
If you have an existing account and have forgotten your password, simply click the "Retrieve Password" link at right to request it. Then enter the e-mail address you specified when creating your account and your password will be sent to that address.
