 Marilyn L. Riggins BiographyMarilyn L. Riggins Since 1979, Ms. Riggins has served in a variety of capacities for Aliant Bank. Her current responsibilities include Aliant Bank's electronic payment services which include direct deposit and direct debit (ACH) processing and services, wire transfer, and debit card processing. She also manages Aliant Bank's Internet Cash Management; assisting business customers in use and function of this product. Furthermore, Ms. Riggins is Aliant Bank's cash manager, monitoring daily position with the Federal Reserve Bank and other correspondent banks. In 1998, Ms. Riggins earned the designation of Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) from the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Also in 1998, she was awarded a full scholarship given by ALACHA to attend the Payments Institute at the University of Washington in Seattle. Ms. Riggins is also involved with the Operations Committee of the Alabama Automated Clearing House Association (ALACHA) and a Rules Work Group of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). Ms. Riggins received her BS degree from Auburn University in 1971 graduating cum laude. She is married to her husband Tommy and has three children; Wendy, Laura, and James.
