Request For Comment (RFC), Rules Work Group #52, Operational Efficiencies

DISCUSSION:
The RFC includes (1) the business case for the proposed rule amendment, (2) an ACH Participant Survey, and (3) draft modifications to the NACHA Operating Rules.

ACH PARTICIPANT SURVEY:
The ACH Participant Survey is intended to gather feedback from ACH participants on this proposal. Survey responses will be reviewed in detail to determine whether ACH participants support the proposal and whether refinements to the proposal would be appropriate.
