Randy C. Wilborn, AAP, CTP
Biography
Mr. Wilborn is Vice President and Senior Product Manager with the Treasury Management division of Regions Financial Corporation. There, he manages the banks' Disbursement solutions including Positive Pay, Prepaid Debit Cards, Controlled Disbursement, Commercial Check Imaging, and Account Reconcilement.
Randy has worked in the banking and financial services industry for almost 20 years. Prior to his current position, Randy worked with AmSouth Bank (now Regions) where he served as product manager for ACH, EDI, and Wire Transfer. Earlier in his career, he worked with Mellon Bank as a Product Manager for Business Online Banking and Alternative Delivery products.
Randy earned a B.S. in Accounting from Tuskegee University, a Master of Arts in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College, and attended the BMA School for Bank Marketing and Management at the University of Colorado.
Randy is an Accredited ACH Professional, a Certified Treasury Professional, and serves on the Alabama Treasury Management Association (ATMA) Board of Directors.
